Everyone deserves healing! Have you ever felt like no one understands what you have been through or how you feel? Whether you are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety and or trauma related symptoms I can assist you with learning ways to process and cope with these struggles. Many symptoms of trauma are evident in our behavior patterns. Maybe you have experienced chaotic relationships, struggle with codependence, or have an addiction. Allow me to help you uncover what is holding you back from enjoying your life. I am an LCSW with more than 15 years experience as a therapist and I have worked in Social Services for more than two decades. I am trained in many therapy modalities, such as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Seeking Safety, Cognitive Behavior Intervention, Motivational Interviewing and (my personal favorite) EMDR/Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. Let me meet you where you are emotionally. Allow me to use my skill set and desire to help others to assist you in creating the thought patterns to get the life you deserve. I would be honored to take this journey with you.
Currently accepting self-pay clients. I am also in the process of becoming a provider to many health insurance companies. These will be added as I sign contracts.

Currently I am not accepting new clients, but this may change soon. My vocational experience includes working as a teacher and counselor in juvenile detention, group home, and probation settings. Additionally, I have several years of pastoral training and experience. More recently, I work as a professional mental health therapist for children (6+), adolescents, parents, and grandparents. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, but I integrate Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy into my practice when appropriate. Most of the clients I serve experience problems with depression, anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation. I also assist couples and families in conflict. I earned my B.S. degree in Social Work and Developmental Psychology from Ball State University, M.Div. degree in Pastoral Ministry from the International School of Theology (San Bernardino, CA), and M.A. degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College (Winona Lake, IN). I am currently qualified as a LMHCA (License Mental Health Counseling Associate) in the state of Indiana
